Ticket Information
All events taking place on Friday, May 16 are open to graduates and their invited guests. Tickets are not required.
Award recipients celebrated at Baccalaureate & Awards will be notified prior to the ceremony and are encouraged to invite family and friends to attend.
Graduates participating in the 85th Commencement Ceremony do not require a ticket to attend.
All guests MUST have a ticket ready and available for check-in when arriving at Endicott. Tickets will be scanned at the Hempstead Stadium gate for entry. Tickets can be scanned electronically on your phone or via printouts. It is recommended that all guests take screenshots or save tickets to their phones as cell towers and campus guest WiFi can experience reliability issues during such a large campus event.
Ceremony Information
Commencement begins promptly at 10 a.m. The event will be held outdoors at the Hempstead Stadium, rain or shine. Guest seating will open at 8 a.m. We request that all guests be seated by 9:45 a.m. when the procession begins.
Graduates will be seated on the field in the two rows closest to the stage. Guest seating is available on the field—behind the graduates—and on the bleachers throughout Hempstead stadium. Note that large LED screens will be on the field providing everyone in attendance with a great view of the ceremony.
If you require accessible seating for you or a member of your party, please see our field operation volunteers for accommodations.
Portable restroom facilities are also conveniently located inside the stadium gates at the rear of the stadium and next to the visitor's bleachers. Concessions and campus dining facilities will be closed throughout the day.
The ceremony is expected to end around 12:30–1 p.m. All graduates are expected to remain on the field and seated until the conclusion of the ceremony and their procession out of the stadium. In support of the entire Class of 2025 and our campus community, please do not depart the ceremony early.
Designated Meeting Spots for Graduates
After the students process out of Hempstead Stadium, they will travel to designated meeting spots by School around campus. To aid in congestion in and around the stadium, we ask all guests to plan on meeting their graduates at the designated location.
