First-Year Buildings

First-year students are placed into the First-Year Area, composed of several buildings located within close proximity to one another. The First-Year Area provides new students the opportunity to adjust to college together in a supportive and vibrant environment with focused programming and college support.

  • Beacon Hall

    Just a short walk to the beach, Beacon Hall is a co-ed residence hall.

    Set on the edge of campus with views of the sprawling lawn and easy access to Mingo Beach,  is a co-ed residence hall with double and triple rooming options.

  • Brindle Hall

    Brindle Hall was renovated in 2016 with new ocean-facing common rooms.

    Brindle Hall is a co-ed, first year residence hall just a short walk away from Endicott Beach.  includes a variety of room options, from single bedrooms to double- and triple-occupancy.

  • Brooks Hall
    Brooks Hall
    Brooks Hall is a recently renovated first-year student residence hall located next to College Hall.
    offers single and double rooms within a smaller residential community. Brooks Hall has air conditioning, common bathrooms, and common areas within the building.

  • Endicott Hall

    Adjacent to Brindle Hall, this three-story, first-year residence hall is a short walk from the beach.

     features two adjoining triples with shared, connecting bathroom and common laundry and lounge areas. Each room contains two bedrooms, which are triple-occupancy.

  • Hale Hall

    Hale Hall is a first year residence hall.
    Located adjacent to Frates Hall, is a smaller building located within the First-Year Area. Hale is a quieter building with a great community due to the large community kitchen and the vast second floor open community room.

  • Hamilton Hall

    Hamilton Hall is a first-year healthy living community.

    Hamilton Hall is an oceanfront residence hall open to first-year students who choose a healthy lifestyle. Located in a converted Dutch colonial house,  is a nontraditional residence, just steps from the beach. The Healthy Living Learning Community is located within Hamilton Hall and Wenham Hall.

  • Peter Frates Hall

    Dedicated to Peter Frates, who inspired the Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS research

    Opened in 2016,  is a co-ed, first-year residence hall with triple and quadruple occupancy room options. Frates Hall has air conditioning, beautiful open common spaces, and many rooms overlooking the ocean.

  • Reynolds Hall

    Reynolds Hall is a converted Victorian mansion named for one of Endicott's first trustees, Grace Morrison Reynolds.

    The co-ed, first-year  offers common laundry, kitchen, and lounge space. Located in a converted property dating back to 1900, this communal living space provides a unique first-year experience. The Gull Leadership Living Learning Community is located within Reynolds Hall.

  • Rogers Hall

    A quaint residence hall named for Marguerite Rogers, former head of the secretarial program and College bursar.

    Rogers Hall was enlarged in 1957 and features double-occupancy rooms in a co-ed environment. Nestled next to Alhambra and Hawthorne Halls,  offers shaded outdoor space for reading or relaxing.

  • Trexler Hall

    Originally a stable, Trexler Hall is a unique co-ed student residence.

     offers single-, double-, and triple-occupancy rooms. Featuring laundry facilities and a kitchen, this co-ed residence is conveniently located next to College Hall. The Women Empower Living Learning Community is located within Trexler Hall.

  • Wenham Hall

    An oceanfront healthy living community

    With a vast lawn that stretches to the ocean,  is not your average first-year residence hall. A former carriage house and stable, the building was renovated in 2009 to make room for Endicott's growing student population. The Healthy Living Learning Community is located within Hamilton Hall and Wenham Hall.

Traditional Residence Halls

Our traditional residence halls include common areas and lounges, communal kitchens and bathrooms, and shared laundry facilities.

    This all-female residence is the oldest building on campus.

    Built in 1750, this converted summer home is the oldest building on campus. The residence is open to undergraduate female students.  includes a variety of room options, from single bedrooms to double- and triple-occupancy.

  • Bayview Hall

    Built in 2005, Bayview is a modern, co-ed residence hall.

  • Marblehead Hall

    The four-story, Marblehead Hall was built in 2011 and has many amenities, including a fitness center.

    Constructed in 2002, Stoneridge is a modern facility.

    With a vast lawn, ocean views, and a deck overlooking the ocean,  is a unique residence hall. Named after the first governor of the Massachusetts Bay Colony, the co-ed space offers a variety of rooming options and common laundry and lounge spaces.

Suite-Style Residence Halls

Endicott's suite-style residences vary in occupancy, but all suites include kitchen facilities, private bathrooms, and a lounge area. Explore the options.

  • Birchmont Hall

    Birchmont Hall is a converted residence that overlooks the ocean.

    With views of Mingo Beach and a porch with sweeping views of the Atlantic,  is a residence that features a kitchen, lounge, and semi-private rooms.

  • Gloucester Hall

    Gloucester Hall features apartment-style living for juniors and seniors.

    This co-ed residence building contains eight air-conditioned, fully equipped units. Each suite in  sleeps up to six students and contains two or three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and private bath.

  • Hawthorne Hall

    Built in 2008, this residence hall houses students in suite-style pods. Home to the "Healthy Living" Community, a substance free space for students.

    Suites in聽聽are fully equipped with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The co-ed, apartment-style living includes common laundry and lounge areas as well as close proximity to Mingo Beach.

    Centrally-located Kennedy Hall is nestled between the Callahan Center and Hempstead Stadium.

    The highly sought after, apartment-style residence hall, is primarily open to seniors.

    With priority given to seniors,  units have two or three bedrooms, a living room, private bath, and full kitchen.

    McKay apartments
