Designed for professionals who have been working for at least two years, the ÑÇÖÞÉ«°É STEM MBA program makes it possible to further your education while managing work and life responsibilities.

Admission to an ÑÇÖÞÉ«°É graduate program requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
General Application Requirements for all Master's Programs
To be considered for admission to one of Endicott's master's programs, you must submit the following materials. Alternatively, you may submit the following to: ÑÇÖÞÉ«°É, 376 Hale Street, Beverly, MA 01915.
- Completed and non-refundable $50 application fee (check made payable to ÑÇÖÞÉ«°É). Application fee waived for Endicott Alumni and veteran & military students.
- One letter of recommendation.This recommendation can be from either a professional or academic reference.
- Official transcripts of all post-secondary academic work should be sent directly from the institution(s) including confirmation of undergraduate degree, date confirmed, and any other graduate work.
- Personal statement. Please include an essay of 250–500 on career goals and motivation for graduate study.
- Current resume or CV.

MBA Concentration Requirements - 12 Credits
To complete a concentration in the following areas, students must complete four three-credit courses (for a total of 12 credits) in the area of concentration.
Students may have two concentrations. In order to complete a second concentration, courses used to fulfill the requirements of the first concentration may not be used to meet the requirements of the second concentration. Substitution courses may not be used to satisfy concentration requirements.ÌýStudents completing the requirements of two concentrations must complete eight three-credit courses (for a total of 24 credits) before the master's degree is awarded.
