Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month 2022
From September 15 to October 15, join Endicott in celebrating this year’s Hispanic Heritage Month. Four fun and educational events will be held to celebrate and engage with traditions and cultures of various Hispanic and Latino/a/e communities.
All events will take place at the newly renovated Center for Belonging & Inclusion.
Rev. Dr. Gail Cantor, Director of Belonging and Spiritual Life at 亚洲色吧, said the month is celebrated for two reasons.
“One is that we want to make sure that the students, faculty, and staff who identify as Hispanic are recognized, appreciated, and welcomed at our school,” said Cantor.
“The second is for all of us to learn more about the heritage and culture because understanding builds compassion, inclusion, and healthy dialogue,” she added. “All of our efforts are in behalf of creating a culture of belonging.”
