The biggest driver for me to come to

I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do

and that was the thing that I kind of

thought about and accepted that

that was going to give me the experience

in whatever field but was also going to

show me and kind of help guide me

this is for me or this isn't for me.

Also, when I looked at Endicott

I fell in love with the campus.

I really felt comfortable and

it felt like a community that I

could be a part of.

I absolutely think that Endicott

has given me the tools to

succeed professionally.

My freshman year, I had the

opportunity to travel with the

School of Education to

Reggio Emilia, Italy for the

Reggio Children's Conference.

My junior year I went to

Copenhagen, Denmark and studied abroad

for a full semester where I was studying

child development in Scandinavia.

So those two experiences were the

forefront of my education in terms of

helping me become to the better teacher

and impacting my philosophy

because both of those philosophies

really strive for the whole child

which is not only to be students

but really citizens of the world.

I'm absolutely proud to call myself

an alum of Endicott.

When I reflect on my first tour of campus,

I really am in awe of the place

that I've come from and

where I am now.

I think I've grown a lot in the

past four years.

I feel ready to go into any classroom setting

and take on the role as a teacher,

be confident in my skills and ability,

to command a class, and

I don't know where I'd be professionally

or as a person without the support
