Educational Leadership (Ed.D.)

Designed for educators who wish to become practitioner-scholars. Endicott’s Ed.D. combines a students’ practical knowledge and experience, to develop forward thinking change-makers committed to excellence, equity, and innovation who are prepared to lead in PreK-12, international*, and higher education settings.

*International Ed program to relaunch in Summer 2025  

Education (Ph.D.)

Endicott’s research-based doctorates in education prepares students to serve as an expert in education through coursework, mentorship, and Endicott’s signature doctoral apprenticeship. Concentrations are available in curriculum & teacher education as well as higher education. 

 

Doctoral Admission Requirements 

Applied Behavior Analysis (Ph.D.)

This program is grounded in radical behaviorism, training graduates as scientist-practitioners, to solve socially significant problems in human life.

Educational Leadership in PreK-12 (Ed.D.)

Designed for educators who wish to lead at the PreK-12 and PreK-12 International.

Educational Leadership in Higher Education (Ed.D.)

Designed for scholars and practitioners interested in higher education.

Education (Ph.D.) — Curriculum & Teacher Education

The Curriculum & Teacher Education concentration provides advanced training in curriculum theory, teacher preparation and development, critical approaches to education, and more to increase your effectiveness as a future researcher.

Education (Ph.D.) — Higher Education

The Higher Education concentration will prepare students to better understand the administrative, political, financial, legal, and socio-cultural aspects of higher education.
